MAXI-BLINIS BIO
Blinis are a kind of egg cake originating from Eastern Europe. They are prepared as thin buckwheat omelettes. They are warmed and can be rolled up with a variety of fillings and spreads.
Blinis with Caviar: Warm the blinis in a pan with a little butter and place on a plate. Serve with Caviar and a “dollop” of sour cream.
