Su come si serve il vero caviale fresco si \u00e8 gi\u00e0 scritto molto. Il caviale \u00e8 uno dei pochi prodotti alimentari che, anche negli ambienti pi\u00f9 aristocratici, viene servito a tavola nelle dosi di confezione. Ecco alcune semplici proposte di come degustare il caviale, cos\u00ec che diventi un piacere indimenticabile.<\/p>\n<p>Togliete la confezione sigillata dal frigorifero solo pochi minuti prima di servirla. Il vero caviale \u00e8 noto per il suo delicato gusto e non si sposa assolutamente con gusti intensi come cipolle, limoni o simili. Anche il metallo non si addice al caviale, poich\u00e8 l\u2019ossidazione e l\u2019assunzione di sapore metallico alterano il suo gusto.Usate quindi solo cucchiai in madreperla o plastica. Servite il caviale con toast e burro e accompagnate con ottima Wodka molto fredda, con champagne o semplicemente con un fresco vino bianco secco.<\/p>\n<p>Un particolare piacere \u00e8 degustare il caviale con mini-blinis tiepidi (piccole frittatine di grano saraceno) raffinati da un cucchiaino di panna acidulata.
