L\u2019on a d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup \u00e9crit sur la mani\u00e8re de servir le vrai caviar frais. Le caviar est l\u2019un des rares aliments qui, m\u00eame dans les milieux les plus hupp\u00e9s sera pos\u00e9 sur la table dans sa bo\u00eete de conserve.<\/p>\n<p>Voici deux fa\u00e7ons simples de proc\u00e9der afin d\u2019appr\u00e9cier le caviar et faire de sa d\u00e9gustation une exp\u00e9rience m\u00e9morable: ne sortir la bo\u00eete scell\u00e9e du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur qu\u2019au dernier moment avant de servir. Le v\u00e9ritable caviar est c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour sa saveur fine et son merveilleux ar\u00f4me et ne supporte en aucun cas n'importe quel produit fort de go\u00fbt en parall\u00e8le, donc pas d'oignon, citron ou similaire. Le m\u00e9tal non plus ne convient pas au caviar; l\u2019oxydation et le go\u00fbt ferreux qu\u2019il prendra imm\u00e9diatement au contact du m\u00e9tal faussera sa saveur. Employer donc uniquement une cuill\u00e8re en nacre ou une cuill\u00e8re en plastique pour le contact avec le caviar.<\/p>\n<p>Le servir par exemple avec des toasts et du beurre. Pour la boisson en accompagnement choisir de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence une bonne vodka bien glac\u00e9e, un champagne ou tout simplement un bon vin blanc bien frais. L\u2019on pourra \u00e9galement proposer le caviar accompagn\u00e9 de mini blinis ti\u00e8des (petites cr\u00eapes de farine de sarrasin), garnis d\u2019un pois de cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse.
