Conditionn\u00e9 et scell\u00e9 sous vide dans les emballages de la gamme Prestige, le caviar pourra \u00eatre conserv\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature d\u2019env. 3 \u00e0 7\u00b0C (dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur ou en vitrine r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9e) pendant 3 mois. A ne congeler en aucun cas. Pour le caviar pasteuris\u00e9, la dur\u00e9e de conservation est d\u2019approximativement 12 mois (\u00e9galement \u00e0 environ de 3 \u00e0 7 \u00b0 C).<\/p>\n<p>Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de ne pas conserver au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur un emballage d\u00e9j\u00e0 entam\u00e9, car l'air et les odeurs d\u2019autres aliments affectent tr\u00e8s rapidement le caviar. Un mauvais ou un trop long stockage du caviar peut parfois provoquer au fil du temps de vilains points blancs, toutefois absolument inoffensifs.<\/p>\n<p>Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est d\u00fb \u00e0 la s\u00e9paration de la tyrosine insoluble \u00e0 l'eau en petits morceaux ou en fins cristaux. La tyrosine est un fragment prot\u00e9ique, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 de l'acide glutamique et qui s'ajoute \u00e0 certains aliments.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Lors d\u2019un
